At DONNI., we want you to love your elevated essentials, but if something isn't quite right, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed items within 14 days of delivery. Please note that all sale items and intimate apparel are final sale and cannot be returned.

Return Process

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they remain in pristine condition during transit.

  Print and Ship

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue store credit within 7-10 business days.
